A Smarter Way to Learn Developing Posterior Chain Strength & Form

Studios

We tested Posing Technology Studios in a Silicon Valley startup company over a course of 4 weeks, here’s what we found:

  • Deadlift Coaching took 2 days, total.

  • Even the most motor inept people could learn how to deadlift PERFECTLY.

  • People felt “more” comfortable to push themselves with the strength lifts from the floor

  • Every single user felt the product benefited their movement.

360°+ View

The hardest part of any posterior chain exercise is maintaining back posture and form, this product fixes that.

Real Time Feedback

Having real time visual feedback allows the user to correct, instantly.  Learning occurs through feeling, making post movement video feedback obsolete.

Reimagining Coaching Practices

Posing Technology has tested its mirror studios in a variety of different settings, all leading to the same conclusions:  Instantaneous Visual Feedback is the missing link between posterior chain exercise performance and perfection of technique.  Every lift an athlete or trainee performs in the frontal pane, they can instantly assess their technique with a single mirror on the wall.  But how can they see their back?  Our mirror studios allow a 360 degree view of the performer, giving them instant access to visual feedback on their posterior chain.

The Deadlift Experiment

We tested Posing Technologies Pro Studio’s with 15 different users over the span of 3 weeks.  Users spanned from former elite athletes, to regular desk workers and everyday Joe’s.  The results were identical across the board.

  • All users performed a perfect deadlift within 2 days of use
  • All users commented how safe they felt with visual cues of their posterior chain while performing deadlifts and bent over barbell rows

What is extremely exciting about this discovery is the opportunity to enhance athletic performance, QUICKLY.

It is a well-known fact that teams with large numbers of athletes under-utilize the deadlifting movement, simply because it is impossible for a coach to correct and monitor up to 100 athletes form all at once.  Pushing athletes is a must for coaches, but missing the opportunity to utilize one of the most basic strength lifts in a routine is drastically hindering performance gains.  By adding heavy deadlifts into a team’s routine, it’s not uncommon to improve power clean explosiveness + load by 10% in two weeks, as seen at every performance facility across the country when an athlete has 1 on 1 coaching.  Imagine if you could administer those individual results across an entire team.

By arranging the mirrors (minimum 2 panels) behind the user with a flat wall mirror in front of them, they have the capability of correcting scapula posture and posterior form instantly, making the deadlift an easy movement to coach and facilitate strength gains across a population.
